"I got quotes from 4 other companies. Worley's was the only one who looked for and found the water shut off valve behind a shelving unit in my garage.They were very detail oriented. The man who found the turn off valve asked about my water heater. Where was it. He decided that the updated code required a tank to be installed above the water heater. When they did the job of replacing the water line in my front yard, they also put box with a turn off valve in the ground in front of my home. "We had water damage from an upstairs bathroom when the bathtub overflowed. We had Big Mikes Maintenance come and repair the ceiling and help hang a kitchen cabinet. They did a great job so we got a quote to remodel our bathroom as it was the original bathroom from 1970. Mike gave us the best quote out of 3 different quotes so we decided to give them the job.
They did great work. It did take longer than expected but the quality of the work was worth it.
Mike kept us in the loop during the entire process letting us know exactly what they were doing and why.
Mike owned up to some damage and fixed everything at no extra cost. My wife and I were grateful for that and we love our new bathroom.

Guy was wonderful, extremely flexible, did not charge me for 2 service calls even though he had to come to my home twice on the same day to remove and replace the hot water heater while working around the floor installer. If he had not agreed, on less than 24 hour notice, to attend to the hot water heater I would have had to wait almost 2 weeks before the floor installer was available again. He is very professional, does quality work and truly lives up to his NICE GUY name. His prices are very competitive and he goes out of his way to work with the customer. I'm not sure any other plumber would have done what he did and charge the customer for only 1 service call given he had to come to my home twice in order for me to accommodate installer for my kitchen floor. I have a couple of leaking faucets to fix and I will certainly be calling NICE GUY PLUMBING after I complete the rest of my big projects."
