Shortly after they left, it rained, and sure enough, water poured into my electrical room and all over the freshly poured concrete. I called Friday night, sent an email and text with videos, and called today 3 times. Each time the ?production manager? is ?busy.? They also gave us an estimate on a new water filter system, we have well water. Pricing was great and reasonable. David ran to the warehouse to get us a new water heater, came right back, fixed the leak and replaced the hot water heater in record time. In order to reach the top of the dry wall I had to go grab a ladder from the utility room, come to find out, my hot water heater also decided to go up and there was water everywhere.
