"We purchased a new washer. It was installed and is currently draining perfectly. Chris advised, and we purchased, ZEP Crystal Heat, use every 2-3 months to keep the drain clean. Chris responded quickly to our plight, is curtious, punctual, and cleaned the pipes with professionalism. We are happy that his work has taken care of the drain problem. I feel it was a bit pricey, but remember you get what you pay for. We got results."
