They installed a new water heater, furnace and AC all in a single day. I'm proud to show the pictures of their work and happy to talk about them too. They show when they say. I spoke to Ryan by phone about estimate before he wrote up/emailed to me for approval. It matched his verbal estimate. They delivered and installed on time just like they said with no surprises. It all looks good and everything works great! Since it's still summer, they said they will return to fire up heat/verify no issues before that season starts (good customer service). Their team is very professional and it shows in their work. I first saw Richard and Joe during estimate as they came from a different job where seeing me for estimate was after that job. When at my house, they measured everything/noted so that proper sizes were obtained for when Ryan quoted me. I resaw Richard and Joe along with Austin and James during day of install. Everyone is very efficient. It's a tight utility room, they pulled the washer/dryer out to get everything in. They even replaced the old gas shutoff behind he dryer as it's butterfly type that leaks at no extra cost to me. The Flue from the waster heater was all replaced to be proper size as original was undersized. I was shown everything, given manuals needed, etc."

"The best review I could give this company is no review at all, which was what I initially intended. However, my repeated phone calls with requests to speak to a manager have been ignored. So I am turning to the almighty review as my only recourse. We hired Harris to install a new hot water heater and expansion tank. The estimate process was great and I was talked into a "Happy Home Membership". I was told it was $100 a year, but when I received the invoice, it was $119. Okay, not a big deal. But I did have to ask twice for the invoice. On the morning of installation day, I took our dog to day camp early and rushed home. Start time was 9am. No one arrived or called. At 10am I called the main number. I was told it appeared our tech was "just getting his day started". Really??? I was put through to dispatch for an ETA. No one answered. By 11am, with still no word from anyone, I called again. I was told our tech had called out a short time ago. At this point I was angry and frustrated and"

"Did not go well at all with Len the Plumber was over charged and feel scammed, Len the Plumber, Technician Len Feldman started approx. 12pm until 3pm most of time going over the cost, taking pictures and finding everything possible that needed to be done and presented 10-page contract. Len Feldman (Technican) assessed the problem that was a leaking outside faucet that he explained froze over the winter and needed to be replaced. While water was leaking he did not turn off the inside valve and requested to have water company (Trenton Water Works) come out and turn off water by the main water line. TWW came out several times but could not find the line and sent out a third construction worker to locate the water line. Meantime Len left his personal contact # and promised to return as soon as the main water line was shut off. When Water Works returned on 6/25 could not reach Len, but was able to locate the main water line Len finally called back and said it would be ok he would be able to turn the water off was currently in Mays Landing that is approx. 65 miles away and could not return 6/25 but would be at my home to complete the job 6/26 am. After 9am no call no Len, I called again several times when finally able to reach him at around 9:30am, said he spoke to Supervisor and could not do anything until the main water line was completely shut off. I called Len the Plumber office spoke to Office Manager Cathy#610-616-3377 she said would try to get someone out asap, by later in the afternoon no return call from Cathy. At this point and 2 days later for an emergency it was time to find another Plumber and I cancelled everything at Len the Plumber. The Plumber came out Friday 6/27 completed the entire job within 1 hour, turned off the inside valve connected to the outside leak immediately as well as water to install the same job Len the Plumber contracted to do that, Len said would take at least 6 hours. Main Water Line never had to be touched!!! I am appalled with Len the Plumber that I could trust thru Angi's List with a good reliable repetition. This company had no consideration about leaving me and my family including my 88-year-old handicapped mother without running water for days, all he was concerned about was how much commission he could make off someone in a vulnerable situation."

Jake is a fraud he delayed my entire project by three months. he was hired to make plans for project and give us kid drawings with pencils and crayons with all stains on them. delayed our project for over 3 months in over 20k in damages . and this man is nasty just takes money and hangs up . the city inspectora even laughed when we submitted his plans . This company is nowhere near professional and all they do is steal money . stay far away !!!!!! If anyone wants to join my lawsuit contact 848-248-6834"
