"Outstanding. We had been stood up by two other AC business and I was very so I looked at Angie's List and found Automatic Climate Heating & Air Conditioning. I called and phone was immedtately by the service tech. I told him my problem and he asked how soon would I need a technician to which I replied as soon as possible. He then said he could have someone to us between 11:00 AM and 1:00PM which I said that would be perfect. Told me he would have the tech call when he was on the way. Received a phone call from Matt, the technician about noon to say he would arrive in 20-30 minutes. Matt pulled up at 12:25 PM and after introductions he asked where he could start Showed him to our attic where the upstairs unit was located. Matt came downstairs about 45-50 minutes with one big question which was..."When was the last time we had the units serviced, Our reply was 2002 to which answered many questions."
