"I had landscaping clean up, mulch, and repair of brick pavers. Jason understood everything I wanted done and asked all the right questions to do the job right. Everything was done exactly the way I wanted it and at a fair price."

"They are always a pleasure to deal with. Deck was old and falling apart. They replaced all the framework and installed new decking that withstands MI weather. Old porch was ceramic and cracking. The original material was not accepted by our Arch Committee. Contractor provided alternate material--accepted and has received raves from neighbors. Also repaired and repainted column on porch."

"Bill's crew was top notch. They made my house look brand new. Incredibly helpful, great to work with. I would refer them to anyone. Plan to use them for all my painting and carpentry jobs in the future. Great team."

"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

"We contracted with JAM Home Services (Jeff) to repair and paint walls, ceilings and closets in the living/dining room and 3 bedrooms of our house. We also asked about installing base board where missing/damaged and also installing shoe molding in all rooms (we had just had carpeting removed and hardwood floors refinished), While his was not lowest estimate for the project, we were impressed with his knowledge, suggestions for successful completion and his professionalism. At our request, he suggested several colors that would work with the hardwood floors. We agreed on a start date, which had to be firm, to meet a specific timeline to place our house on the market. A week before start date, he checked in with us to be sure we still on schedule. As it happened, other projects were already completed, so he started a week earlier than planned and completed the project withing the 4 days he had originally estimated. We could not have been more pleased with the result! Each day, the work space was cleared and cleaned, except for drop cloths left to protect floors. He repaired a baseball-sized hole in the wall in one bedroom, repaired a crack in the plaster above a door in the living room, filled all nail holes. The paint on all ceilings, wall and closets was smooth and even - no messy corners or bleeding edges. The new base boards and and shoe molding were such great enhancements to the rooms. We highly recommend JAM Home Services for anyone with home repair or improvement project needs!"

"This was my first time using BNC and they were fantastic to work with. Charles gave me a fair price and answered all my questions. He worked alongside his crew on the job and the other guys helping were courteous, knowledgeable and took time to answer questions about the job as I was peeking downstairs to see how it was going. They had laid down brand new cloth runners while walking through the house, and were running a shopvac while using the jackhammer. While a mess was unavoidable, there wasn't nearly as much dust and debris as I expected. Overall, BNC did a great job and I will likely use them again for future home repairs."

"Very well. Al was detail oriented and good with creative work arounds. Very conscientious. He had done some smaller repairs for me last year, too. Got along with the dogs and cats, also. Cleaned up every day. Polite and professional."

"Based upon the information that was included with the package, we didn't feel we got our money's worth.  The package was supposed to include some basic repairs, none of which were noted or performed.  However, when we had the roof replaced  less than six months later, the roof vent stacks flashing were all worn.  That should have been noted when we had the inspection done.
