"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

In the initial walkaround and final review, it was obvious they were paying attention to the details of the work to be done and considerate of not damaging landscaping around the house.
