Rick and Nate, the guys with their minds in the gutter - pun intended! - called ahead of their arrival and accomplished the second story gutter install very quickly band cleanly. Sealed the bracket system up very well too. Dave Ford and Zeke went at the demo and install of the shower unit said they were working on their own home, very carefully and with precision. There was residual damage as a result of the demo of the old tub/shower, not an easy thing to do in a 122 year-old home. The shower, with a four-inch high threshold, works well and the water stays inside the shower as Dave assured me it would. More importantly, my 96 year-old mother-in-law is now more safe in her bathroom. Dave consulted with us thoroughly and designed all hand bar and shower head placements with her safety in mind. I vote all four of these technicians get a raise! Atlas has been a great company with with to contract."

"We contracted with JAM Home Services (Jeff) to repair and paint walls, ceilings and closets in the living/dining room and 3 bedrooms of our house. We also asked about installing base board where missing/damaged and also installing shoe molding in all rooms (we had just had carpeting removed and hardwood floors refinished), While his was not lowest estimate for the project, we were impressed with his knowledge, suggestions for successful completion and his professionalism. At our request, he suggested several colors that would work with the hardwood floors. We agreed on a start date, which had to be firm, to meet a specific timeline to place our house on the market. A week before start date, he checked in with us to be sure we still on schedule. As it happened, other projects were already completed, so he started a week earlier than planned and completed the project withing the 4 days he had originally estimated. We could not have been more pleased with the result! Each day, the work space was cleared and cleaned, except for drop cloths left to protect floors. He repaired a baseball-sized hole in the wall in one bedroom, repaired a crack in the plaster above a door in the living room, filled all nail holes. The paint on all ceilings, wall and closets was smooth and even - no messy corners or bleeding edges. The new base boards and and shoe molding were such great enhancements to the rooms.
