"Since moving into our new home we have experienced so much financial hardship due to poor maintenance from old owners. Extensive plumbing required after basement flooding and remodeling of entire basement. Pool didn't even have a liner in it even though previous owners claimed there was a new one and it was well maintained. The inspectors for the pool said it had probably sat uncared for at least 15 years. Pump was totally shot and inside pool was all corroded. We plan to use this company as soon as we can get the funds together. We have raised 9 grandchildren for the past 11 years due to the death of their parents and we still have 5 living with us. "Choice was fast, efficient, and kept me posted on the progress of the claim. Although the water leak issue was discovered on a Friday, they had a plumber there to investigate by Saturday morning. When it was determined that the 20+ year old heater needed to be replaced, the replacement ordered, on-site, and installed by Wednesday morning. I am glad that we opted for the Choice Ultimate plan as other than the initial $65 service fee, all but one $50 ancillary expense was covered."

"The furnace took 4 days to get approved( not counting a Sunday) the others were quick but the water heater had to be ordered so without hot water for a week. One ceiling fan was easy but within a year their policy changed and They would not install the one I purchased and had to get a new one approved and then ordered online and took several weeks to get straightened out. Not sure who was at fault, AHS, installer or scheduling with renter. Fee is usually $75 per visit"
