"We hired Nelson to do cleaning after the winter, mulching a very big area which involved getting rid of lots of weeds and leaves, replacing the weeds stopper fabric from under a vast area with marble chips, cutting the grass, making flower beds, landscaping edges, etc. From the first interaction with him, Nelson was very professional. While walking together all sides of the yard, he listened very attentively to what we were hiring him for. We were and we are very happy with his work. He showed up as promised and over delivered the entire work. Yes, over delivered. Not common nowadays. He and his crew are very hard workers and their work is very detailed. "Terrible experience. Not once did Boni deliver on estimated completion times. Provided healthy down payment for a sprinkler system in November of 2024 and job still isn’t complete as of today(April 26, 2025). Boni has stopped returning my calls. In addition, sprinkler heads were installed off of my property in an easement. I requested they be moved several months ago and they still haven’t been relocated. I’ll be taking the necessary steps filing a formal complaint."

"If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Apart from the first call, all other interactions with Evolution Drafting were a bait & switch. From the appt. date for site tech to measure my home, to the experience and skill set of the tech that was sent, to the lack of communication, the experience was awful. Deadlines were not met, no explanation or apology given; only excuses and partial/incorrect work was sent, seemingly in an attempt to appease me. When I did finally receive the initial two drafts of the "as-is" drawing, they had not even captured the exterior deck and facade (windows, doors, garage, etc.) at all, and this was noted from the beginning as the primary scope of work and primary reason for hiring them. Further, nearly every dimension in the "as-is" drawings that they sent me, was incorrect. Existing doors, walls, windows were missing in two iterations of the as-is drawings; delaying the ability to share the concept and desired renovation scopes until there was a correct baseline. The deposit paid was a complete waste as I waited 3+ weeks for the site tech's visit, then the drawings did not start until 3 days before the next milestone set was due to me. In checking dimensions like the length of my existing kitchen, placement of the main entry door to the home, etc., I found all of them to be incorrect. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They were dishonest, did not pay their site tech vendor on-time, causing him to contact me with threats of leaning the project before we even had drawings to submit to the city and the management and project coordinators made promises that they did not even attempt to keep or follow-up on promised communications."

"HORRIBLE CONTRACTORS!!! I have had contractors before and experienced some issues but this Anthony guy is very unprofessional and he is an absolutely nightmare! Not a single item was completed from the contract he and I agreed on and he took 60% of the contract amount and he stopped working the property. I had a property with some cosmetic work stuff and repairs which shouldn’t be that complicated. After he toured the property and gave me estimated time frame for 2 weeks. I know normally how it is not done with contractors so I asked him a few more times and confirmed if he could really finish it in two weeks. He was confident and said two weeks for no problem. After it has been almost 4 weeks, not even a quarter of work has been done and I noticed he didn’t even show up. He has so many excuses and complaints every single time when I contacted him. It felt like he was working for free which was not true. We agreed on 3 installment payments, 1st installment, before the job start about 30% of the total price, and 2nd one, 1/3 of the total price, and the last one at the completion of the job. After 2 weeks of work and not much of work has been done, he already requested for the 2nd installment. I asked him, the work has not been done 2/3 of the job, more over not even half way done. Anyway, he got upset and he wouldn’t continue the job if I didn’t pay. So I paid and then BOOM! He didn’t show up at work and when I asked him, his answer was it is too cold to work at the property. He made excuses and excuses and he said he will only come back if the heater is fixed. I did and texted him and called him. NO RESPONSE. Besides, his quality of work is horrible. He and his crew painted all over, light fixtures, light bulbs, floors, even bathtub. What kind of painter paint over the tub?! They simply didn’t even covered the parts not supposed to paint but they were so lazy and sloppy worker. They installed the brand new room doors, two out of three, didn’t even close properly and didn’t even use the shim. Installing the door is one of the basic carpentry job and he can’t even do that! I asked for the breakdown of the work and cost and no answer. When I confronted him for a few stuff, he just blah blah blah and repeating himself by making endless nonsense and not doing the job at all. Even if he does a job, not a good quality one."
