I found out after calling inquiring why the engineer had not called back and not answering my call which she said she would do as soon as she completed the report. After calling multiple times for the engineer to call me back (as she said she would), it never happened even after speaking with the person in charge. So please make sure you ask what is included with the quoted price."

I trust him to do a good job and would request his service again. My only request to the company is to reduce the fee if no engineering plan is needed or provided. I feel they should be compensated for their time , but Crosstown charges $420 whether they do an engineering plan or not, other companies only charge when an engineering plan is provided."

I called him first thing on a Friday morning and not only did he answer before 8 am, he booked an appointment to view the property and make an assessment before noon. It was a holiday weekend with all other offices closed on Monday, and he got me the paperwork I desperately needed on Sunday! He was helpful in making small revisions to the plans at no extra charge and even followed up a few weeks later to be sure I had everything I needed.
