Now he says that a crack in the ceiling under the porch, where the stairs were attached needs to be repaired, and the cost has increased three the original amount. I need to find out what is needed in order to have the back stairs constructed, and any areas under the back porch repaired along with an idea of estimated cost.Also, the columns under the front porch must be replaced because the property owner next-door refuses to upgrade their gutter system which causes water to go inside my roof over the porch and down the column which is caused major damage.Now Contractor says that the cost repairs may increase after a set price was agreed-upon.

Upload a complete erosion and sediment control site plan into SGS for review containing the following: A title that indicates the plan is an Erosion and Sediment Control Site Plan. Include a project narrative, property address, lot, square, property boundaries, north arrow, dimensions and engineering graphic scale. Show existing and proposed contours or indicate there will be no change in elevation Show adjacent properties which may be affected by the plan Show Stabilized construction entrance (SCE) Show Material stockpile areas or add the method of debris pick up Show Outlined limit of disturbance Indicate erosion and sediment control measures (e.g. silt fence, sediment tank, straw bale dike, or storm drain inlet protection). Erosion and Sediment Control narrative must contain: Total disturbed area in square feet; Volume of excavation in cubic yards/feet; Volume of fill in cubic yards/feet.
