Jay ordered the door and it was delivered to him in the time promised, about 4 weeks. I did not hear from him after the 4 week period, so I called Jay who answered his phone and immediately got back to me with an installation date. The door was installed a couple of days later, the installation was done quickly and well by the installers, Jimmy and Vince. "We got bids from 4 different companies and Homecraft was not the cheapest or the cheapest and during the home visit really explained the difference in the types of windows. Like everything else these days it did take awhile for the windows to get here but they kept me informed of the time line. When the original install date had to cancel due to illness they quickly rescheduled for a couple of days later and had 5 man crew that completed the job in just 5 hours. Very professional crew did the install including moving furniture and cleaning up after themselves. I highly recommend Homecraft for window replacement!"

"I had eleven double hung windows and a four panel bow window replaced by Window World of Harford which is located in Bel Air, Maryland. They did an outstanding job. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, courteous and highly professional. I totally recommend these people. My windows were measured and the replacements were ordered. On arrival one of the double hung windows was found to have been not so lovingly kissed by a fork lift. A replacement was ordered and the other ten and the bow were installed. A few weeks later the last window was installed. The installers were great. They not only did a good job, they were also friendly and fun to be around. The installer noticed that one of the latches for tilting that last window had a weak spring. A replacement latch was brought at our earliest convenience. These double pane windows have Low-E glass, argon gas and full screens. I will never again have to get on a ladder to paint or wash the outside of our windows. I almost did not go with Window World because of some terrible on-line reviews. However, I found out that W,W, is a franchise organization and I noticed that the bad reviews were about specific offices. I could not be happier about my choice of Window World of Harford. These people have been great!"

You have no idea how rare that can be here on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. We were very impressed. He left us with an invoice explaining the work to be done and the cost. Was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The price seemed reasonable. We did discover that it was possible to replace just the glass without installing an entire new window, so that is what we did. But I would absolutely call them again if we have a window or door issue."

Fans were installed however <br /> when we had our electrician come to wire fans wiring had to be run outside not <br /> in the attic. Our house has a small attic and with the A/C vents is not tall <br /> enough for the electrician to reach the fans. Needless to say this added <br /> frustration could have been avoided by consulting us on install time and <br /> date. <br />"
