"Aside from the plumber in the complete house renovation it went very well; Plumber delayed project by a month; He will not be rehired"

"Khaled and his team did a fantastic job designing and building our large custom 3-season sun room with sunken hot tub. Khaled had great design sensibilities and took the time to discuss every detail with us. He is a perfectionist and only picked top materials and more time consuming finishes. Communication was great all along, and the crews were friendly, skilled, and kept the site clean. We love our new room, which perfectly matches our old house in Wellesley"

"We hired Joseph to replace our old wood deck with composite decking and railings. He also extended part of the deck and reinforced the frame. We felt the price we were charged was reasonable and the work was professional. This project was completed by Joseph himself and 1 other person helping him. The project took a bit longer than expected due to material delays but we are pleased with the final result."

"Luke was extremely helpful. His knowledge is vast and the result impecable. I have no hesitation in recomending this company without hesitation."

"We had a great experience working with Fearghal Kenny and the team at Kenny Builders on the construction of our new detached 1.5-car garage, completed in October 2025. From the start, Fearghal provided a clear and detailed estimate for both timeline and cost, which helped set expectations and made the planning process very smooth. Throughout the project, he communicated regularly, kept us updated on progress, and was always available to answer questions. The crew was professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. The project was completed on time and on budget, and the finished garage looks great. Overall, it was a pleasure working with Fearghal and his team. I would highly recommend Kenny Builders to anyone looking for a reliable contractor"

"We had a great experience working with Bostonian Carpentry Painting! We were repeat customers after having them paint our home's exterior. The team was friendly, the cost was fair, and the work was great quality. We'll be glad to work with them on future projects."

"Well happy with the work and affordable pricing"

"After 20 years, our home's original front porch had served us well, but the wood decking, railing and trim all needed to be replaced. We decided to rebuild it using composite materials everywhere, so it will last even longer than the original and will be as close to maintenance free as possible. We picked out exactly the materials and colors we wanted for our new porch and then started looking for a contractor. Based on recommendations, online research and Angie's List, we requested quotations from three contractors. All three responded and we had a chance to discuss the project with each of them. J & L Contractors stood out among them, with the best references, most experience and they were ready to do the project promptly. Working with J & L was a pleasure. Anytime we needed to communicate with them, they answered promptly and handled everything professionally. J & L's work was of high quality and was completed on time. We highly recommend them."

"From the moment I requested a quote Zana and the folks at HWP were highly responsive. From the first phone call, within 2-3 days, the carpenter, Ivo, stopped by as arranged to look over the project. Ivo walked through what we wanted, asked great questions, and advised he would have a quote in a few days. By the next day we had the quote in hand! HWP folks were patient while we researched other contractors. We selected HWP for an excellent price teamed with timely responses. We made the right choice. Work started within a few days and the project was underway without a hitch. Upon completing the demo of the old porch Ivo let us know he needed additional supplies for unforeseen conditions related to the structural supports. We appreciated being kept up-to-date on additional costs and gave him the ok to proceed. The work area was kept clean; the workmanship was exceptional; Ivo could not have been more pleasant and professional. The finished porch and stairs met every expectation so much so that we decided to have Ivo paint the porch as well. Again an excellent job. We highly recommend HWP and will keep them in mind for our next projects!"

"His worker dug up the hot top. We went to the stone store and picked out what we wanted. Carlos picked up the stone and other necessary materials. We did not have to do anything. He came when he said he would come and finished the job professionally and proficiently. The Walk way is amazing. We are so pleased with it and everyone who sees it complements us on how beautiful it is. Everything was done first class and he and his worker cleaned up everything after they were finished. The lines and the matches on the stones are perfect. I could not ask for a better job."
