"Cannot recommend BK highly enough. He was transparent with his prices and worked hard to get me an accurate estimate for free, was quick to communicate, and has 24 hours service. He was able to fix my issue quicky on the first visit and did not charge anything outside of his initial consultation fee, which was very generous. I don't hope my appliances break, but I do hope I get to work with more professionals like BK in the future. This is all despite the fact that I own an appliance from an Italian brand which is very uncommon and was nervous I wouldn't find someone knowledgable enough to work on it, but luckily BK was up to the task! Luis and the team completed both bathrooms in about 6 weeks - and this was a full demo. The crew was extremely kind and courteous, and worked hard to minimize the mess and impact to our home. One weekend we had a party, and they helped make our home look like there wasn’t a major project in-progress! Craftsmanship was impeccable. The tile work in particular is beautiful - details I hadn’t even thought of were done for me. Like any job, we had some changes to scope (our choice), and some minor hiccups. They were extremely helpful navigating through scope changes, and more than fair on pricing. And on the minor hiccups, they made it extra clear that the job wouldn’t be wrapped until we were satisfied - and that’s what happened.
