"Called, then came out the next day, at the agreed-upon time. Checked for signs of skunk, esp. under the deck, and reported no signs. Discussed prevention/proofing steps we could take. Offered to leave a trap, but warned that it could also get other animals, including neighbors' pets. Decided against that. Charged only for the 'service call.' I would contact again if future issues."

Frank has been our tech for several months & is knowledgeable, courteous & friendly.He is very thorough at cleaning all of the spider webs,etc. Even cleaned our screened in porch ceiling area which no other tech has ever done! He gave us some info that the office did not offer us since we had heard animal noises in our attic line scurrying & chewing noises. When I called the office I was told the techs do not go into attics due to liability issues. Was not told that Greenix has people on staff to do wildlife removal work & such. "Things went okay with them.  They didn’t catch the animal though.  They were here and put a net, and so nothing could get into it no more. Whatever it was it must have left and figured it could not get back because I was having a tremendous amount of smells and odors there. So I don’t have that anymore.  I think I would give them another chance in the future.  They did put a nice net there to keep the creature or whatever it was from getting back in there."

".Tim Slamans, owner, came to our home to discuss our project. He was very attentive to our ideas, and even more importantly, was very helpful in suggesting and reviewing potential alternatives for our project. Particularly the basic question of what kind of deck material ( we went with a Fiberon product, which is one form of composite decking). He provided quote within just a few days (as promised). He also suggested where we could to view more of the materials in sample settings (basically the decking wholesaler). This proved to be of great help, as it is much easier to decide what you like when you see it in a life size deck setting versus the small samples that Tim (and others) can carry with them on calls.
Once we were decided and accepted the quoted, Slamans handled the permit process. Once that was issued, Slamans promptly had us scheduled to begin. From start to finish, the project took about 4 weeks. Demo took a couple of days, and then the post holes were dug. Then wait for the inspector from the city. Once that was done, concrete poured. Then wait for that to cure. then materials delivered and construction began. Actual deck structure work stretched over most of 2 weeks, with a lot of detail work being done to fit some of the angles that we wanted. Between the deck size (~650 sq ft) and the design details,  I can assure you that no time was being wasted! Just a lot of good work to be done.
During this whole process, communication was excellent with the work crew, the foreman, and the office. When we had a question we got a response very quickly and to our satisfaction. Once work was completed, they cleaned up after themselves and left us with nothing to do but enjoy our beautiful new deck!
We have received nothing but praise from everyone that has seen and or enjoyed our new deck. the workmanship is spectacular, and the design notes just make it that much more special. We could not be happier with the final product, and will be working with Slamans again for future construction work around the house.
