"Did not go well.  They arrived late in the day and only had one man for the first two hours on a 2 man job.  Eventually the owner showed to assist.  The snake got embedded in roots and they left the pipe open due to the snake being caught/stuck and it was now 9 p.m.  I told them, at that point, that I would prefer getting someone else in the a.m.  I realize circumstances happen, but they did not seem professional enough for my trust at that point. <br />"
