"Don't hesitate in doing business with Ben and Water Heaters America. My experience was a call one day and hot water the next. An extremely fair price for a repair that others would recommend doing a full, much more costly replacement."

"locally owned and operated. Specialize in hot water heater repair and replacement. very professioal"

"We simply did not turn on the correct water line, but Tim was kind and on time."

"Team is responsive and acted with initiative to complete our project."

"Great price, great turnaround time, great service!"

"Osden s was the 3rd plumber I called to assess a leaking hot water heater. The other 2 never returned my calls. Connor at Osden s called me back within 15 minutes, and after telling him about the issue and sending video evidence, it was determined that the hot water heater could not be repaired and had to be replaced. Connor came to my house at 7:30am the next morning, with a new hot water heater, and had it installed and working in about an hour. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, even gave me some ideas about other upgrades I m interested in doing!"

"Fantastic customer service and responded quickly to request for repair. Highly recommend."

"Matt is the type of plumber that everyone is trying to find. Competent, punctual, honest, does the work the job requires without trying to take you for a ride. Initially we were quoted a crazy high number by another company to replace the water heater, we called Matt for a second opinion. He came, assessed that the situation, ordered a replacement part, and fixed it for a fraction of the cost. Hot water is back on, He is a hero. Highly recommend!!!"
