"An accident caused us to need a garage door repair. We called Precision Garage Door Service and a technician, Josh, was at my house within an hour. We discussed the options to repair or replace, deciding it was more beneficial to replace the door. We looked at door options, and was pleased to see that they all included a new door opener, LED lights, and an exterior key pad. The door was ordered. I was pleased that they offer zero percent interest financing. Two weeks later, as scheduled, Cesar Velasquez, showed up on time, worked hard for five hours and installed our new door and amenities. "George and his crew did an outstanding job! They were prompt, courteous, professional and really seemed to enjoy their work. George came to meet with us to estimate the work and provided us a quote within 1 business day. From estimate to completion, the team completed the job in 5 business days.
After day 1 we didn't like one of the colors we had chosen after seeing it on the walls. We talked with George about it and he was very accommodating, and just wanted to make sure we would be happy with the final results. This was a big change, but George only charged us for the cost of replacing the paint.
