"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

"We recently had a complete roof replacement. Before proceeding, we did comprehensive research of area companies and Vista came out on top, with good reason! All appointments were not only on time but were extremely punctual. We met first with Product Specialist Holly, who was enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and helpful. The day of the job, Project Supervisor Marc arrived early and went over the entire job with the crew. "Installed large led tv sets and wall mounts on to wall. Provided electric service behind mounted tvs, hiding all wires. Master electrician, Frank Welles and assistant, did a great job. They are very knowledgeable and worked efficiently in their preformance of the tasks.  The job was completed as scheduled in a very professional manner and at a reasonable cost.  In the future, I will be using Welles Electric for all my electrical needs.

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"

Dave LeBlanc offered me the best price for the installation of the new high efficiency gas boiler out of 3 HVAC contractors and was nothing but professional and courteous in all communications. I purchased my own new boiler and he installed it. He arrived when he said and it took 2 days total for the installation, exactly as he said. The only drawback is he does not take credit but I think only one of the 3 contractors did take credit. I highly recommend his services."
