With water to the house turned off at the street we were desperate to find a contractor who could respond right away. Other contractors offered appointments Monday or Tuesday. Gus responded that he could be here in 2 hours to repair the leaking pipe, but could have Jeff, his water mitigation project manager here within 30 minutes to assess the water damage. These guys were both so professional. They shared the process, timeline and costs, and were prepared to start right away. They promptly moved my disabled husband and his adjustable bed to another room away from the work area assuring his comfort and safety. Gus repaired the overhead leak and turned the water back on. "My water main went out on Christmas Eve leaving me without water, Wes offered to come out on Christmas day to make the repairs. I told him we could wait until the next day, he arrived on time, dug up my very rocky soil to get to the water main and made the repairs. The customer service was great and he explained everything to me every step of the way. The cost was also reasonable. I have asked that he return to make an additional repair later this week. He definitely has a repeat customer."

"Very grateful for Fed! My Momâ s house had an issue with water not draining properly. Called Fed for a quote; he showed up the next morning and got to work on the issue right away. He was working by himself for awhile since it was Sunday, and had to dig through tons of rocks and roots since the land in our area are filled with stones. There were roots in the sewer line as well as buildup in the pipes; the pipes were so clogged that there was barely what seemed to be 1/8th or so of the pipe where the outgoing water/waste could flow through. He replaced parts of the line with pipes which roots would not be able to penetrate through, which gave us peace of mind as there are a lot of trees in our area. Fed and his team also added a sewer access and he replaced the filters in the toilet tanks as well. Thank you so much for helping us resolve this huge plumbing issue!
