Eric was correct in his assessment, so we have scheduled the valve replacement."

He not only took care of the main issue he came in for, he checked all the other gas pipes and even fixed our water heater (when he found something was wrong with it) and measured the water gage and didn't even charge us extra! "Wesley was fantastic! We were hoping to be able to extend the gas line from the fireplace to the stove but the piping was too small there to accommodate the stove we purchased. While he said it could be done, and was significantly less expensive, it may not be able to provide the 'power' the stove required. We chose to do it the right way, not the 'cheap' way, pricing was still reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done. Highly recommended!!"

We have been loyal customers for over 20 years. The last two service calls have been satisfactory although prices are slightly higher than competing companies. One of their phone representatives is not too enthusiastic about talking to me during the service call. Seemed as though she has a hard day or week or just hates her job.
There are lots of competition with plumbing and AC services in my area and we are willing to shop around for better prices and faster customer service, especially for our leaking water heater.
