"This family owned company lifted a sinking concrete patio in our yard 4 years ago. The husband and wife team came and analyzed and quoted. Their sons did the work. Unfortunately, the concrete started to sink again 4 years later, so we called them. They were very concerned and although so much time had elapsed, they wanted to come out and redo it for no charge. I was so very impressed that they made the adjustments on the spot that my wife suggested over the phone. "Unfortunately they were a day late showing up and when they did finally show up a day later their equipment didn’t work which delayed the project by another half day. I didn’t receive any type of apology for the inconvenience. Everything had to be out of my garage for an extra day in the elements and when you live in an HOA, this is especially frowned upon. When I expressed my frustration to the owner on two separate occasions at the time it happened and when they processed my final invoice, I didn’t receive so much as as an acknowledgment of the concerns let alone an apology - especially disappointing when they tout how they are family owned and involved in the day to day operations. For these reasons, unfortunately I cannot in good faith recommend Superior Garage Floor."

"All DBS staff were all helpful, considerate and professional. Luc and Chris did a great job from start to finish (2-3 hours) and all surfaces were usable upon completion. Explanations were great and cleanup was well done. Tiny drill holes were filled and large cracks sealed and new appearance is very good and much improved. We are now fans of the process for these types of concrete problems. We have had mudjacking done before, for another house, but would only consider PolyLevel in the future. The warranty provided is another part of the value."
