He arrived with a complete package/brochure which included a letter of introduction and an unsolicited list of references of work completed within our local area. Randy was very patient with us in trying to decide whether to use cedar or pressurized wood to support the deck as well as our seasonal porch. On the first day of work, a three man crew arrived with Brandon as the lead team member. The crew was very professional, knowledgeable, and quiet as they worked for the next five days. They were extremely tidy in cleaning up during and after the work product was installed. We would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others. A job very WELL DONE!"

"During the selection process Dupont Construction rose to the top for building the deck, due to their great communication and design creation. Justin, Amanda and Brooke were great to work with throughout the project. Dupont brought in a dumpster, demo’ed the old deck and cleaned up the area so a separate landscaper could build a retaining wall and dry creek bed. We ran into a small problem when the landscaper reduced the footprint available for the deck, which required a deck redesign. This was not a problem for the team at Dupont. We agreed on changes and the design was updated to highlight the landscaping. The Dupont deck building crew was great, completing the deck in two and a half days (working on a Saturday). The deck was flawless. During the process I asked if some siding could be replaced. That was no problem, Justin made time to replace what was requested. The deck was exactly what was wanted, Dupont stayed on schedule though all challenges and their price was very competitive. Dupont is definitely on our preferred vendor list for future remodeling projects."

As soon as the weather allowed they removed our old deck and started on the new one. There was a challenge in locating one of the new posts as it came right in to a retaining wall. "The project went very well.  Storm damage caused by two trees coming down on two sides of the fence was repaired in 2-3 hours.  The workers reviewed all needed work from the estimate prior to beginning the work.  They even volunteered to replace a top rail from another section of the fence, not included in the estimate, that had been bent in a storm many years before.   The workers were very thorough, did not damage any plants or grass around the damaged areas and cleaned up after themselves.  The workers were knowledgeable and polite.   They made sure everything was nice and straight!  Everything looked very nice when they were finished.  The workers were approximately an hour late from the start time I had been given.  I called and was told they had gotten a late start.  Their good work made up for the lateness.
