"On September 18, 2025 My husband and I had our furnace replaced by Neighborhood Plumbing, Heating and Air. They did such an amazing job, very professional and organized like a well oiled machine. Justin and Andrew were our installers and we would recommend them to anyone. They were so thorough and explained everything they did and installed a new thermostat and showed us how to operate it. Two weeks later the electrician Spencer came out and installed a surge protector onto the furnace and showed us how to operate it. We would recommend Spencer to anyone also. We would also like to thank the entire team at Neighborhood plumbing, heating and air including the young ladies that make all the phone calls."

"Lonn arrived on time. He explained everything he was going to do, and verified the price for the water heater and city permit. He laid tarps down to protect our carpeted floor and stairs, and cleaned up after he was done. He also noticed that some of our pipe ceiling hooks/hangers were broken and he replaced those. They took the old water heater away the same day."

Replaced timing belt and other belts, did not charge extra labor for each replacement (like bobbi and steves quote, which was over a thousand more since they charged me labor for everything!). Since they were already replacing the timing belt also replaced the water pump and other belts. They gave me a couple options for replacements with different prices, one being a standard kit vs just the belt itself. They seemed up front the whole time and did not charge me any extra. Also did a nice job getting me a used Toyota cd player/radio, they charged me labor to see why my radio was not working and then installed it. <br /> Overall they provide a good service and and are good to work with. Seem honest, everything they fixed is working great. NO complaints. <br /> <br />"

"Excellent service with a pleasant technician. <br /> We called the emergency NO HEAT number at 9:30 pm on a Thursday night. The technician arrived at 10:15 pm. The ignition relay on our 17 year old furnace was out. The technician had a replacement part in the van and as he installed it, he explained to me the different parts of the furnace, how it works, and given its age, what to look for if it ever goes out again. He explained how the different components fail and how much it would cost to replace the different parts when/if they do fail. <br />"

"Rob Krajewski handled our complete basement remodel this past spring. We had some water/sewage backup that would require major repairs, so we took the opportunity to upgrade everything downstairs. New drywall, flooring, and the addition of a bathroom/laundry was the plan. His expertise in planning, purchasing of materials and appliances extremely helpful. "I called Nate on 3/12/2015 and left a message that I needed some work done. He called 3/13/2015 first thing in the morning and was at the job site by 9:30. He was extremely pleasant and got right to work. I had called him about one toilet but as long as he was there I asked about a second toilet and leaking garbage disposal. He said no problem, fixed the second toilet and examined the disposal and determined it had a crack in the housing and needed to be replaced at some point but it could be done me if I wanted to. No pressure to buy and install from him. <br /> Nate was completely professional, efficient and personable. Next plumb project I have, I'm calling Nate Duda. <br />"

"Replacement and installation went very well. The workmanship was excellent and replacement of windows went in a timely manner. I did not lose hardly any heat at all as windows were replaced in February. The City inspector was also very impressed with Lindus Construction workmanship."
