They were careful about not destroying or damaging landscaping. They left the worksite clean and in good appearance each day. The business owner and his associates visited the worksite daily and supervised the crews. If I mentioned anything that needed special attention it was taken care of immediately. "The work was completed to our satisfaction.  The crew leader happily re-cleaned any windows, window tracks and window sills where we were not completely satisfied.  In the process, he identified windows that were not clean, and he rewashed them as necessary. Our only complaint is that they arrived one hour later than the timeframe promised on the first day, and 2 1/2 hours later than the timeframe promised on the second day.  We brought this concern to both the owner of the local franchise, and the lead worker's attention.  They have assured us that this will not occur in the future.  Based on this promise, I will use them again."
