"This is the second time we have hired Groundworks (formerly Bakers Waterproofing) to perform work at our house. The first project was in 2017 when we had the waterproofing system installed. We called Groundworks a few weeks ago to get an estimate on lifting our front sidewalk and stairs that have sunk a lot over the past year. The steps had sunk to the point that the railings were not connected to the house, making it very unsafe for anyone coming into the front of our home. Aaron Lenker & Corbin Gillichbover were very professional and knowledgeable when they arrived to assess our sidewalk and steps to lift them. They left our sidewalk and the surrounding area better than when they arrived. Our steps and sidewalk are now level, and the railings are securely attached to the house again. We are thrilled! I would highly recommend Groundworks if you need a basement waterproofing system or any concrete lifted."

Had headphones in and did not hear knock or call. Rescheduled and I mistook date and was in Maine when they arrived. Since I was outside their usual area I felt it better to cancel project since I only had six months lease. They stated would refund, and I will appreciate since I am a senior in fixed income."

"Rob was great to deal with. The project was to raise 2 large porch slabs that had settled due to the original contractor failing to provide adequate support at the house wall edge. Rob showed patience and experience in carefully raising the large slabs, preventing any damage to the slabs or to the wall stone at the rear of the porch that was at risk if the raising was not done right. I'm very happy with the finished job and Rob guarantees his work, offering to return at no charge if any unexpected settling in the future. A quality contractor.
