"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"After a competitor quoted me $3,000 - $5,000 telling me I needed a new evaporator, Pulles saved me thousands of dollars by checking with the manufacturer of my unit and getting the part covered under warranty. The first guy told me it was out of warranty, which it as by a few months. However Pulles called the manufacturer and ask for an exception and they agreed. The final cost was less than $500. If you need your AC serviced, don't bother with any of the other contractors call Hector at Pulles."

"Kenneth came out to do warranty work on a broken appliance. He knew within 10 minutes what was the issue and had the part on hand to fix it and get it back running. Great service and quick response. I will call them the next time I need work done."

"My air conditioner unit is in the attic and normally when it is service the technician works on the unit in the attic, this technician worked on the outside unit which was unusual. However, he was able to get the air conditioner working properly."
