His communication was top notch, always responding to our calls and texts quickly and keeping us in the loop and up to date with plans and progress. He was knowledgeable, professional, and an all around nice guy. He was able to troubleshoot effectively and helped us navigate the home renovation process. "Randy was very prompt in responding to our request for proposal . He was not very good at calling and leaving messages when he could continue to work on the job. He also demanded payment 1/3 to start, 1/3 half way through and 1/3 at the end of the project. He painted over electrical plugs in some places instead of removing the wall plate. There were spots that were missed or painted too lightly.  One time he called my phone and I couldn't answer at the time. He didn't leave a message so I assumed he had dialed a wrong number and he never called me back until one day he showed up and wanted to know why I hadn't called him back. Very poor communication throughout the job. And there were times he didn't show up when he said he would."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
