"Randy Hudson did a great job of repairing/replacing a rotted deck post on my dad?s deck.  He was very good at assessing the damage and work necessary to correct the problem.  He was good about explaining the process to us so everyone understood what was to be expected.  Randy was very friendly and completed the work as planned and scheduled.  He also did a great job of installing new lattice for the deck skirting as part of the project.  I thought the price charged was fair and reasonable and we have asked him to give us an estimate to pressure wash and paint the deck and other house trim.

Initially, I wasn't sure about using Remodel USA due to some of the reviews. I met with the representative & when I saw the quality product (Kohler), was able to select what I wanted & have a flexible timeline for work & payments... I was glad I selected this company. I had 1 glitch as the installed shower door was not the 1 I selected. The Project Manager noted the error, obtained the correct door & it was installed. The workmanship is very good & I appreciated the conscientious skills of Edgar, his assistant, Salvador & his wife. The project manager, Percy Melendez, was professional & reassuring regarding the workmanship & product. I am very pleased with the overall experience of working with Remodel USA.
