"We woke up this morning to a lack of hot water. I called JD Service Repairs shortly after their opening hours, and had someone at my house by 11:00 AM Investigation revealed the tank had a small weeping leak that had put just enough water in the catch pan to trip a safety switch. The water heater was in the house when we moved here about 4 years ago and I had no idea when it had been installed. Javier used hs smartphone and in seconds informed me the water heater was still under warranty. Javier provided an estimate with two options in a few minutes and we chose to replace the leaking heater with a warranty replacement unit. Javier left to get the replacement unit, and handled all the warranty paperwork at the office before he returned. Javier completed the work right around 2 PM, only 3 hours stat to finish! "Carlos Mora responded the same night I requested quote. Plumbers in my immediate and local area could not provide plumbing services as soon and quickly as Carlos Mora. I sent him picture of work to be done and he gave quote. He showed up at the time he designated to do the work the next day, early morning. I was glad to see him because I had to keep my water shut off until repairs were done. He was attentive, professional, and explained the work that he was going to do. He replaced hot and cold washer Bibs shut offs and removed saddle needle shutoff of ice maker to waterline. He also checked before he left to make sure there were no leaks from work done. Total cost $200. I believe this was a fair price. I did not expect it but, he also went out of his way and took time to cut down a tree branch that was blocking the driveway which I truly appreciated. He is personal, friendly, and engaging. I recommend him for service plumbing. I am sure that I will have him do more plumbing work when needed. "Setting up an appointment, responsiveness and punctuality were excellent. 19 months ago I had a leak on my residential water main repaired. Unfortunately the main is leaking again. I couldn't recall offhand who had done the work last time but did a quick search on Angie's List and chose A& A. From the moment I called, the experience was excellent.
