The owner, Rick Andronicos, was very personable and knowledgeable and answered all our questions satisfactorily. He made several suggestions that helped us decide on which brand and style of windows to get. Then he carefully measured all our windows and immediately came back and gave us an estimate, which was almost exactly where I expected it to be. His large crew was very professional, well-trained, efficient and completed the project in 1 day! We have custom wooden casings (both wood and painted) around the windows on the inside of the house and they installed the new windows seamlessly without damaging any of the inside woodwork. Ricks crew paid extreme attention to detail, did a beautiful job and cleaned up like you never knew they were there. We are extremely pleased with the cost, the professionalism, workmanship, and quality of the results. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted.
