"They found a bad coupling on a water supply pipe in our mast bath. They helped trouble shoot and resolve our issue."

"Plumb Tite called me right away and scheduled someone to come out to the house the next day to check on a chronically backed-up main house drain in the basement. The technician offered to run a camera through (that is what I wanted to be done) to check the pipes. A large root was found. He set me up for a hydro-jet cleaning for the next afternoon. They showed up on time, did the cleaning, ran a camera to show me it was clear. They also ran the camera from the outside clean-out to the street. Comes with an 18-month guarantee. The cost - nearly $2000 - was only worth it because the job got done quickly."

"Tracy did a great job of clearing the drain on my bathroom sink and kitchen sink too, which I wasn't expecting. They drain beautifully."

"Bob and Donald originally came out to do an electrical job and some other small jobs. During this process, we encountered a severe drain stoppage in one of our main drains. It resulted in having to have the basement dug up and pipe replaced. These guys were great and got me up and running on a Sunday. Very good value for the money. I highly recommend Mike Marshall and his crew at United plumbing and electric."

"Everything went great! The leak was fixed quickly and the pricing was very reasonable. Would definitely hire again; keep up the good work!"

"We needed to check our water heater for leaks prior to closing the sale of our house.Joe Lay were out installing a new water heater and expansion tank the next day. The technician explained how all the components were supposed to work before checking everything so we both knew we needed a new tank as well. Outstanding, professional company. Billy was very respectful, knowledgeable and professional the entire time in our home. We would highly recommend Joe Lay and Sons for any plumbing needs."

"Joe the plumber came diagnosed the issue and explained what needed to be done and gave the price upfront. He was friendly and knowledgeable and did the work immediately. He made sure the job was done right and takes pride in doing a great job."

"Josh arrived the morning after my call for service to unclog my kitchen sink. I had exhausted my efforts by using two different plungers to no avail. I was quoted a reasonable price agreeing to the charge. I just felt it was going to be more of a job than either of us thought. I was correct as Josh snaked and augured the drain pipes without success. Moving to a clean out he worked revealing a grease plug. To move it required air and water pressure and an acceptable price increase. After about four hours, all blockage was moved along and the drain was open. If needing a plumber in the future, Josh will be the first I call."
