"Pure Maintenance treated a large church building for us for mold. They were thorough in their treatment and added rooms they felt needed treating not in the original proposal at no additional cost and treated one area a second time (again at no additional cost) to be certain all mold was removed. They were very quick to get in and do the treatment, were a pleasure to work with and the final testing results were fantastic. All this at 1/6 of the cost quoted to us for "traditional" mold removal. Great value, great service, great results. Highly recommend Pure Maintenance!!"

"With the house empty of all the furniture it was obvious that carpet cleaning was needed before we listed the house for sale. The technician upsold me on deep cleaning which double the price. The deep cleaning consisted of spraying an additional product on before the actual cleaning. As I watched I did not see any extra effort around stains or high traffic areas. When finished I could still see all of the stains and traffic patterns we had hoped to eliminate. They were lighter but still there. New carpet is being installed in a week. I feel the carpet cleaning was a waste of time and money."

"Outstanding service! They responded quickly to my call, showed up on time, and worked efficiently to remove the mold in my basement. The technicians were friendly and explained each step of the process. The results exceeded my expectations. Truly a top-notch company!"

"The warranty and free mold removal that this company does is what sold me. All the extras they do for free really made them stand out to me compared to the other companies I had out to my home."

"The team from Stay Dry was very professional. They were informative and transparent when describing what the work would entail and sent me pictures and updates throughout the day. They went out of their way to provide a thorough service. It is hard to know who to trust when having mold remediated because the levels of training and expertise are very different across companies. They are skilled and they care about the quality of their work and customer service. I will hire them again for the next project."

"My crawl space had no ventilation. There was an area where water had leaked and mold was leaking. First, I was not sure if it was serious but, I know it had to be dealt with the correct way with a company with a A+ rating and they were just that. They did the testing. Mold was pretty bad. Seen the results from the lab. It was a major priority for them and myself to do this professionally. They took care of the leak, the water damage and the mold removal. Yes, I do recommend them. They were superb. It was worth it for the future of my home and health of myself and the family. Thank you."
