"Cincinnati Heating and Air Conditioning is our #1 HVAC contractor. No question. We have a Carrier Geothermal system which was installed several years ago. It developed a major defect which is rare for these systems. Usually a system like ours should last at least 30 years with no major issue. We hired initially hired another HVAC company to inspect our unit. The tech from the other company clearly had no idea what he was doing. We decided to look for another HVAC inspector. We called up Cincinnati HVAC. They responded in a timely manner and even better, they actually knew what they were doing. Elliot was able to isolate the problem & provided helpful insight on the best way to work with the original contractor with whom we have the warranty for repairs. Cincinnati HVAC will be the first company we call in the future. Don’t waste your time like we did by calling another HVAC company. These guys actually know what they are doing."

"From my 1st phone call to ask about the services they provide and costs to when RJ & Walker left I've been completely satisfied. My appointment time was from 1-3 and they showed up right at 1pm. RJ & Walker both walked up to me and introduced themselves with a firm handshake.  We toured the house looking at all the vents and air returns along with the furnace. Then RJ fully explained what he would be doing and the Walker explained what he would be doing. They answered all of my questions.  About 30 minutes before completing the job, RJ asked me to come downstairs and he showed me all the dirt and stuff that came out of the vents. He showed me how he closed up the intake points he had to make in the duct work. They removed the equipment and everything was put back as it was and left clean. The entire time RJ & Walker stayed productive, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure having them in my home to complete this service."

"Easy scheduling via the website. I was able to select the type of service needed and then was shown a list of times available (a 3 hour window).
Robert called about 20 minutes before he showed up to verify what needed to be done and when he would arrive. I quickly talked him through the issue and said there was a chance he might need to leave to get another part once he checked the line. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"I was advised by another HVAC service company that I needed to replace the condenser motor and fan on our cooling system. I was provided an estimate in excess of $1,000. So, I opted for a second opinion. I contacted Kirk Wiesman at New Climate. Kirk evaluated the unit that same day and stated that it is difficult to predict when the motor may fail. With young children in my home, I prefer to error on the side of caution and wanted the motor replaced if I could afford to do so. Kirk stated that the fan was fine and did not need to be replaced. As promised, Kirk provided later that same day an estimate to replace the motor ($393). We agreed upon a date and time for the work to be completed. Kirk showed up on time and installed a direct replacement (original equipment) motor.  Kirk explained the charges, which matched the estimate.  Kirk also explained the warranty on this work."
