"Derrick was not only professional but also a very warm and genuine person. I would highly recommend him for any garage door work. You will not be disappointed. Jim Walz."

"What sets Alamo Garage Doors apart is their comprehensive approach. During a routine opener repair, they performed a complete safety inspection and found that our door's auto-reverse feature needed adjustment."

"Tue, rec'd a call at 8:30, arrived at 8:45
Besides the tune-up, Ben asked if there were any specific problems
I told him the door was bought and installed by them in 2002. Since then I noticed light coming in on either side of the door.
Ben completed the tune-up: adjust spring, tighten the rails and checked header
He then moved the track in towards the jamb and added additional holes for support
He finished by tightening the chain on the door opener
The call took less than 30 minutes (the price includes the trip charge and 30 min of service)
Ben was extremely professional and took the time to answer all of my questions
The door fits great and even travels more quietly!
Terrific service

"garage door opener replacement was installed quickly and efficiently. no issues at all. budget friendly repair 👍🏼"

"He was here within the hour and solved the issue that morning. New garage door opener is working great!"

"Professional and prompt. Repaired my garage door after it had come off the track and cables cut in less than an hour"

"Sadly Chad was not able to repair either of the doors. It will take more than one person as they are industrial doors. It was a nice try."

"The spring to our garage door broke last night, and my husband couldn't get his car out due to the door not opening. This morning I did a Google search and called the first garage repair service I found because I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to find same day service. The company was Yes Garage Door Service of Columbus; I quickly learned that I made a mistake calling them. One of their technicians came over and quoted me $500 to fix a spring. He was a super pushy salesman and said their products were better. Luckily, I searched Angie's List/Home Advisor later this morning and came across Innovative Door Systems. Nick emailed me in minutes and said he could come over same day. Nick reassured me that the $500 quote was bogus and I was confident to tell the other company no. When Nick arrived he was courteous, professional, and completed the work quickly. He offered suggestions for other things I could replace (the button to our garage door has a mind of it's own and doesn't always work) but said I could replace it at my leisure. I would definitely recommend Innovative Door Systems and will call them if I ever need repairs again. Save yourself the trouble and don't call the other guys."

"They were very responsive, fast and affordable. I would recommend to anyone who need garage door repair or install."

"They gave me an estimate on 12/24 but had to order the door because it was an odd size. A wonderful employee came out and assessed my problem. When the door came in they called right away to let me know it was in. They came out that day to install it.  They are very professional and service oriented. They are extremely polite and courteous!  I would recommend them to anyone.  I've had nothing but great experiences with them. They were super to work with!"
