A lightning strike sent a surge that ended up causing some issues to my tankless hot water heater and this unit was less than a year old and installed by Cellino. Making a late night call, an answering service took the call and left a message. Shortly there after the owner Tony called to discuss the problem. A tech was sent out the next day and unfortunately the Supplier needed to be contacted to help diagnose the problem and make sure it was covered under warranty. The fact that it was a holiday weekend and the supplier was closed, Tony came out personally and installed a temporary water heater for my wife and my young boys. Upon the arriving of the part, Tony came out first thing and was prompt and professional always being careful to put on his shoe coverings as to not tract dirt in the house. He fixed the heater and was so professional in the process. I would highly recommend Cellino plumbing to anyone who had a plumbing or HVAC need. Its always amazing when the owner comes out to personally take on the job at hand. Its no wonder why the company always has great reviews, exceptional leadership from a hardworking knowledgeable founder."
