"The workers were prompt and professional. The tub looks great. Unfortunately, it's no longer completely smooth and there are dozens of scratchy areas, so it's not comfortable to take a bath in. The guys also did a terrible job recaulkling the tub. I had recently recaulked the tub myself, but when they resealed the tub they had to do new caulking. There are multiple spots where caulk is missing now. I called to ask them to come fix it, but while they initially agreed to send someone out, it has been several weeks and they are not answering their phone or returning calls. This is completely unprofessional and now I have to pay someone else to finish the job that they couldn't do properly. I wouldn't recommend them unless you just want he visual effect of reglazing for a quick sale."

"Miracle Method did a great job resurfacing the floor, the bathtub and surround, and the shower and surround. Everything looks new. They even cleaned our existing shower doors to look new. They removed the toilets to resurface the floor and placed new wax rings when they replaced the toilets. The only negative part of the resurfacing process was the smell of the chemicals they use. We had to open a lot of windows to vent the odor."

"Charlie was easy to deal with. Work started right away (by putting down drop cloths) and was finished in under 3 hours. The bathtub looks like new. The guy who came was professional. They came back later after everything was dry and put our tub/shower door back on."

We could not have made a better decision as the entire process was flawless. Katherine, a Certified Interior Decorator, was so patient and helpful with our selections. Felipe, the project manager, came by almost every day. Not that he needed to, because the installers (Johnny and Grover) were courteous and extremely hard working. The project was completed on schedule and the quality of the work was such that we did not have any punch lists items once the baths were completed. "Our house needed work. We had three bathrooms and a kitchen that were updated in the 80’s and they were falling apart. We wanted KitchenMaid cabinets. We’ve used them in our other houses and we’ve always been happy with the quality. Kitchen and Bath Depot includes KitchenMaid as one of their lines and we scheduled a meeting with them. We started our process only telling Kitchen and Bath depot about two bathrooms we wanted to remodel. We figured we would try them out and if things went well, we would continue with them. The designer was great. She listened very well and everything was well documented. The price tag was a little higher than we hoped but we signed and left the building feeling confident with our purchase. From the first day that the team showed up we knew we picked a good company. The project manager communicates well (using any method you prefer). The construction lead and his team were also great. They were there EVERY DAY. I don’t think I can stress enough how great that feels knowing the guys are showing up EARLY and every day. The company does a great job of keeping things clean. Communicating any problem or change. Any “problem” we found included everyone and we always came up with a good solution. Both bathrooms are wonderful. The construction is great but their finishing with the tile and paint is just as fantastic. Things went so well we decided any doubts we had with the cost were worth it. We signed up to have the third bathroom and kitchen remodeled. The process was exactly the same as the first. A couple of new guys for the kitchen and they were great to work with too. Except for one day where our floors needed to cure, they were in our kitchen and/or bathroom EVERY DAY. Would we use Kitchen and Bath Depot again? Yes Would we recommend them to others? Yes"

"Jud Tile performed spectacularly from start to finish on my (two) jobs (Aug/2011 and most recently, Mar/2012).  The estimate by Jud--who's been in the business for more than 40 years and it shows!--was exactly right in terms of value.  The workmanship was flawless and played out exactly as Jud had promised, with work being done on "consecutive days":  because Jud employs his own plumbers, electricians and tilers, there was no waiting for a free-day by a subcontractor, the office simply scheduled our job with great care so that one workman was ready to go when the previous workman was finished with his part; where subcontractors were involved (granite, glass work), their workmanship met Jud's high standards and Jud stood solidly behind their work.  Finally, because Jud's men were working in my master bathroom primarily and there would be a lot of dust, they began each workday by shrink-wrapping everything in my master bedroom,--down to the linens on the bed and the knick-knacks on the dressers!--and at the end of each workday, the plastic was removed and the carpets were vacuumed, leaving the master bedroom and bathroom as clean or cleaner than when the workmen had found them.  The work crew were exceptionally efficient and capable and perhaps most importantly, exceedinly polite and considerate of us and our home.  I cannot recommend Jud Tile highly enough because they did the job right the first time, no surprises, no change-orders or price-changes...just exactly what we'd agreed upon."

"It turned out okay. They sprayed gloss on my tub; when they did the spray, it got on the chrome on the knobs on my sink. The spray also got on a few other items as well. He could've done a better job in cleaning up."
