"I needed an inspection for my chimney to see if there was a problem with the venting, but was having a lot of trouble finding a company who could accomplish this. This is because I have a very old gas appliance which has a very small vent diameter which apparently doesn't allow for the cameras of chimney sweeps to fit. I finally called Rooftop Chimney Sweeps to see if they might be able to help. The owner returned my call and spent nearly 30 minutes asking questions and getting more information about my fireplace/chimney concerns. He even brought up my address on Google Maps to look at my building and review the chimney structure, etc. to help determine what kind of inspection could be done. I really appreciated the time he took speaking with me, and it's clear he is extremely knowledgeable. An appointment was set for a few weeks later. The technician (Perry) and assistant (Christopher?) that visited were very friendly and polite, took COVID precautions, and were also conscientious about keeping things clean during their work. They were very thorough, inspecting both inside and outside on the roof. They even found a way to scope the chimney despite the small vent. I was able to see the video of the vent as they were scoping the chimney. An inspection report was sent to me later that day. I am very pleased with the service I received and feel much better now about the safety of my chimney and fireplace."

"In November of 2016, Mr. Prouty responded quickly to my request for a quote. I analyzed the top of the chimney and agreed that a concrete chimney cap needed to be poured to fix the poor job that the builder's mason ad done five years earlier. However he said it was too cold to do concrete work and that he would do it in the spring. He returned in the spring to review the condition of the top of the chimney and we scheduled a date of service. The crew that did the work was right on time, explained what they were doing, were neat and professional in their installation and the removal of the form once the concrete was cured. I've delayed writing a review until almost a year had passed to make sure that their work resolved the problem. I can safely say that the diagnosis was spot on and the new chimney cap has eliminated the leak. I will certainly use Prouty's again for all my chimney work."

He explained the need to cut back some of my large evergreen trees overhanging the roof, the fact that there would likely be some damaged wood under the shingles, and the advantage of new gutter guards. This was during the pandemic, so he exhibited responsibility and consideration by wearing a mask and asked that my niece and I do also. He called to tell her when the shingles would be delivered and where they would be placed, which she then conveyed to me. I woke on the scheduled work day to find my driveway filled with trucks and equipment the likes of which I had never seen! For eight hours, five men worked in perfect harmony, each carrying out his specific job. There were no slackers among them and they only took one break_lunch. They were professional, efficient, and respectful. Upon completion, they cleaned up and hauled all the trash and debris away. They raked my lawn and used the leaf blower on the driveway. I am a Happy Customer and would recommend Home Wise Pros for any type of work they do!"

"After doing a nice job cleaning our chimneys and furnace flue, inspection revealed that chimneys were in poor repair. I hired Priddy Clean to install a stainless steel flue liner into the old furnace flue. The job required two holes to be made in the existing brick chimney. Old flue tiles had to be busted out by hand to allow the liner to be installed and routed through the chimney to the furnace. This turned out to be a bigger job than anticipated, but the work was accomplished professionally and much to my appreciation. The brick repair was done exceptionally well. I could barely tell where the holes had been made. Most importantly, no extra charges were added. I would recommend Priddy Clean highly to do any chimney work needed.10"
