",Was some confusion about whether a Virginia-based franchise of this firm should do this work or whether my Virginia zip code falls into the service catchment of the Kensington, MD franchise, which apparently it does.  Was also some confusion about time of appointments.  Franchisee's published telephone was not always staffed.
That said, the quality of work couldn't have been better.  The seams at the drain between paint and chrome are still holding up.  The serviceman did neglect to warn me that since a new chrome drain sleeve would be fitted inside the old drain, the drain entry diameter would be smaller and any hair/lint traps might not fit.  I had to buy a new loose-fitting trap for the tub.
This was the second time I have tried to have this work done.  The first time was a handyman I use who apparently bought a kit from Home Depot.  He charged me several hundred dollars more than Miracle Method, and the job lasted several months and started to peel.

"The owner Bill came out to assess the remediation required after a sewer pipe leak in our basement. He explained what needed to be done and was honest about the fact that a homeowner DIY remediation was within the EPA guidelines for the amount of damage that needed to be fixed. He provided recommendations and didn't charge me a penny. We referred him to some neighbors who also happened to have water damage at the same time, they hired the company and seem satisfied with the result. In the meantime, Bill even came over to help assess my progress on the DIY and provided additional advice while he was working with the neighbors. I'd definitely hire this company if I had another similar situation requiring more in-depth remediation."

I called him in response to a leak coming from the ceiling in my living room -  he responded very quickly. Advised I turn off the water -was not sure which was the main water handle. I took a pic and sent it to him and he advised which one it was. Told me he wasn't sure if he could get by today. But then called me a bit later to advise he would be by that day. He was there for a bit trying to figure exactly where the leak was coming from. Cut a square area to access the pipe then replaced the section where the leak was.

"We hired KBR Bethesda to completely do-over our guest bathroom and make updates to our master bath. We were very happy with the process of working with KBR from Sim’s initial visit to our home through completion of the work and thrilled with the results. In the guest bath, KBR removed the 27 year-old soffit fluorescent lighting; installed new vanity lighting; an additional outlet, replaced the vanities, vanity counter, tub and floor tile, tub, toilet. The vanities , counters and tiles they have to choose from are high quality and offer a good range of choices.
