Fast-forward to last month: we wanted to install more recessed lights along with a ceiling fan in our living room. Lucky for us, we were able to work with Rob again. The shape of our room is awkward and asymmetrical, but Rob provided some great options and suggestions, and pointed out some details we wouldn’t have noticed otherwise. "After doing a lot of research for the right remodeler, we decided to contract Zenith Kitchen and Bath to remodel our bathrooms. We worked with Eva, their design consultant and she was absolutely fantastic to work with. She took the time to understand our requirements and preferences and came up with the beautiful design for the bathrooms. Her suggestions were spot on and Eva was able to source the materials quickly and they were able to start the work as promised. The workers were very professional, considerate, respectful and did a fantastic job! Our construction manager, Cetin , visited regularly to see how things were progressing and address any concerns we had. We made a few changes along the way and they were able to accommodate them easily. They were able to finish our bathroom remodel in five weeks, and they turned out beautiful!! It was an absolute pleasure to work everyone from Zenith Kitchen and Bath and we highly recommend them!"

"We could not be happier with the job Stoneman Construction and Landscaping did for us and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install a patio, retaining wall, brick walkways, or brick stairs. Let us start by saying that we are very particular people and we are SO pleased with the work Stoneman has done for us. And to make it even more exciting, we did not know exactly what we wanted when requesting for quotes. In general, we wanted brick walkways connecting our front door to the sidewalk and to our driveway, a planter box in our front yard, and a patio in our side and back yards. But as far as design - we were at a loss. Alberto, Evelyn, and their team took our limited knowledge and easily filled in the gaps. The mid-range of three quotes we got, Stoneman's Alberto and Evelyn put us immediately at ease. He had a catalogue handy for us to see the types of pavers he recommended. As we did more research, we sent photos of a herringbone brick pattern for the walkways, patio/retaining wall styles, and timber boxes to finalize our contract. Evelyn always responded very quickly to our emails. Alberto gave us plenty of notice that we would need to wait about a month or so to get started. When it was time to begin construction, Alberto showed up with our photos in hand, and the Stoneman team was efficient and professional. It was a huge project with lots of moving pieces and they finished 95% of it in 5 days. At one point we didn't love the width of a step and asked for it to be widened. The widened step was done within a couple of hours and looks perfect. We had a few punch list items for them to come back and take care of, which they did timely with no need for followup. After we'd done the final walkthrough, told them how much we'd love it, and paid the final installment, we noticed a small gap after some dirt had settled. Alberto came back himself to make it right. Simply put, Stoneman delivered above and beyond what we expected. Alberto and his team patiently worked with our requests within reason.
