"Arrived when they said they would. Found bad compressor, took care of warranty and brought new compressor the next day. Installed, followed up two days later to make sure all was working right. Problem was caused by a leak and that's what they were checking for. Will follow up in a couple of weeks to make sure the leak is fixed permanent. Good people!"

"I chose this company because they'd done a neighbors' concrete and they were pleased with the experience and the sealant that was used doesn't change the appearance like most do. <br />   When I first contacted them they were booked ahead with big jobs. They could get to me by mid-June, but would fit my job in earlier if possible. They did, several weeks earlier. <br />   They cleaned my driveway, personal walk and patio, public sidewalk, and curb. Special care was given to the highly dirty/mildewed areas. I pointed out some decorative border stones and a repaired area that would be fragile and he took care to not damage those (or anything else).  <br />   They discussed whether the water-based or solvent-based sealant would be better given the age of my concrete (and the tendency to mildew). The solvent-based was used with special attention to those areas prone to mildew. <br />   They kept me well-informed re: what was being done and what I can expect going forward. <br />   I'm LOVING the clean look and also seeing water just bead up on top!! <br />   I didn't give an 'A' re: price, but it may have been competitive re: what I had done and the products/tools used. I hadn't gotten any other prices since I knew I wanted them to do it."

"I had previously contracted with one of the big box companies to replace a hot water heater that had quit working in one of our rentals.  They failed to show up.  I canceled that contract and called Landon.  Because the person living in the apartment had no hot water, Landon said he  would make time to complete the job that day as he considered the situation an emergency.  We were very grateful for his caring nature.  Landon brought the new hot water heater and he and a helper installed the until that afternoon.  The space for removing the old unit was very tight.  The trim and dry wall had to be torn down in another apartment during a previous install.  We told Landon we understood that they would probably need to do the tear down and then repair the damage in this one as well.  Landon and his helper worked and struggled until they got the unit out with no damage.  There was hot water flowing when the tenant returned that evening.  That is about as good as it gets!"

Scott came out and checked every connection in my house. He was very knowledgeable and could tell you how much a ceiling fan costs if you run it. He knows how much the oxygen machine will cost to run it. He will tell you how much it will cost if you do not turn off your computer at night. He will tell you about things that count and things don't count. He was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem. He told me that the companies that I had asked to come out were pretty much worthless. I learnt a lot of interesting things from him. He would be there if I needed him again."
