"Over the last three years we have used Appliance Repair Quality for repair work on three of our home appliances: refrigerator, stove, and dryer. All of these were/are over 30 years old. Dmitry was immediately responsive each time we contacted him, and he scheduled repair technician Tony to come to our home either the same day or the next day. Tony is amazing. He was able to get our old Amana side-by-side refrigerator/freezer working again after two different parts failures, and help us get through the long delivery delays for appliances during COVID until we could get a replacement refrigerator. Tony also quickly diagnosed and repaired a problem with our Magic Chef gas stove/oven, and on another trip with our Maytag dryer. On all these visits Tony was courteous, clear in explaining the problem, and efficient in making the repair via parts replacement at a very fair price. We highly recommend Appliance Repair Quality and appreciate dealing with such thorough professionals as Dmitry and Tony."

"I've used Atlanta City Appliance Repair several times. Outstanding service is provided from the time the appointment is made to when the technician completes the job."

"They repaired our Viking stove and Subzero fridge. I was the last customer of the day for the fridge guy, Mike, and even though it was late he came, did a thorough inspection of the problem and overall health of the fridge, and then proceeded to do a complex set of repairs that took almost 4 hours. I have never-ever--had a service professional as dedicated to doing what was promised as Mike. Two days later, I had Appliance Tech pros take care of a problem with my Viking oven. While this was not quite as 'heroic' an effort, my tech was extremely knowledgable, did a thorough diagnosis and explained his findings to me, then efficiently made the repairs we agreed to. It is very hard to find great service companies for appliances. My experience with Appliance Tech Pros was top notch, and I very strongly recommend them to anyone else, especially those with high-end appliances like Viking, SubZero, etc. Jonathan Darsey"

"Overall experience was positive. The diagnosis was good and only required a $15 part that was able to install myself. My frig is working great. While my total cost for the repair was $80 which included the $35 diagnostic fee, the lowest other price quote was over $400. I am very pleased with this new type of appliance repair. I will be recommending this my family and friends."

"I used this company to fix my refrigerator which was making a strange noise. I found these guys online and they looked pretty reputable. The service they provided exceeded all my expectations from answering the phone right away to giving me tips on how to prevent future failures on my refrigerator. The refrigerator went back to its normal condition within no time thanks to this company! I would 10/10 recommend calling them if you are having any problems with your refrigerator due to the fast and great service that they will provide!"

"Friendly service, from first phone call to in-person visit. Set reasonable expectations, and offered fair estimate as well as a fast repair and easy invoicing. Didn't try to "over sell" me more than I needed, and it felt so good to have it all done in one day. 10/10 would recommend, and I saved their number to my phone - if I ever need anything done, I am calling them"

"The office called soon after finishing my Angi List‼️ David called and asked for an earlier arrival-great! Fair pricing, knowledgeable, experienced professional with excellent integrity. Will recommend him to everyone that needs appliance repair"

"Showed up promptly. Was courteous and careful in my home. Wore appropriate mask and gloves to protect himself and my family. Completed the repair quickly and documented the make and model of my appliance in case future repairs are required, eliminating the need for a special trip to diagnose future problems."
