"I purchased and had installed 5 casement windows. The windows are ProVia Endure. This is the second time I used this company and once again I am very happy. From Dustin the salesperson to Adam the installer and his helper Brandon, this is an outstanding team. It is obvious that Adam takes great pride in his work. For the most part I am a perfectionist and expect the same from others. Adam and Brandon certainly met my expectations. From making sure all floor and furniture was covered and protected to insuring the installation was perfect. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I would also like to add that this was not an easy project. All my windows were odd sizes including 2 quarter rounds. This was my first introduction to ProVia vinyl windows as I always purchased Pella wood windows in the past. These ProVia windows are not only impressive looking but have the same appearance as my Pella windows. It is difficult to tell the difference."

"We recently have two houses reroofed, everything was done in a very timely manner, roofing crew was very professional in every way. When Dan Roger’s and his partner, Joe, came to finish the interior trim on the skylights, he was dissatisfied with the initial installation and requested Paramont to allow him to remove them and have them reinstalled correctly. Dan and Joe did an outstanding job with this and we couldn`t be more pleased with the results. We would highly recommend Paramont to anyone."

"The windows installed are great, where this company falls short is service and quality of service. We started the process on 4/22/2020 by signing a contract. Our windows were installed on 7/14/2020. Now, one year later, we are still going through issues. The first issue was the installation team left a mess on our back deck and yard that my husband and I had to clean up. The quality and craftsmanship of the work was just alright. One example is the caulking around the door wall, which was just globbed on and not clean and neat. It bothers me every time I sit out on my deck and look at the slider. I pointed this out after the install but nothing was ever done about it. Next, we had issues with windows that needed to be replaced right after installation. The first time this happened, the process seemed to go okay but the second time it has been a nightmare. Let's just say we called around 10/15/2020 and we are still waiting for the right window to come in and get replaced. They have ordered a replacement 3 times now and every time, when they come to install the window, they realize they have the wrong window. How does a company that has a record of our windows order the wrong window 3 times?!!! There are other Sunrise dealers and if I could go back and do it again, I would choose a different company to work with for the installation and warranty. I will not recommend this company to any friends or family of mine."

"Sterling was very responsive to my call and kept me informed as to what to expect from their service. The technician showed up on time (early in fact) and was very knowledgeable. The job was completed quickly and to my satisfaction."

"Paul and his team did an excellent job residing our whole house. Paul was onsite working every day with his crew and they efficiently worked through our two-week job. Having Paul around made communication very easy for everyone. We are discerning people and are still very happy with the results six months after they finished the job. Many neighbors have complemented us on how good the siding job looks and how hard the crew worked over the two weeks. We agree!"

"It went pretty well. There was some tape residue left on our hardwood floors from the installers using blue painter's tape. We were reimbursed for the damages. However, I would recommend that they don't do this on future customers' floors, especially in an older home like ours."

"Price was competitive. The company owner, Ed, and his wife, Tina, provided good assistance and advice to select doors and hardware. They were relaxed and responsive. The doors were installed exactly as ordered. The installers were meticulous, perfect clean up and the entire job was turn key including all inside and out side trim. The old doors were removed and hauled away and the entire job was completed in about 5 hours. So this was a complete and finished project. We would definitely use this company again and will strongly recommend them to others."
