"Chesapeake's estimator called back less than 24 hours after initial contact and arrived 3 days later to measure the job. He provided the estimate on the spot and next day stopped by with shingle color samples plus addresses of homes with the two shingle colors we were interested in for our roofs. After signing the contract, we were given an approximate install date, which was 3 weeks out. We were promptly informed of a 1 week delay (due to rain) for the install. The crew completed the main house in 2 days ( a Friday and Saturday) and returned early on Monday to complete work on the garage. Aside from a couple of pieces of damaged vinyl siding, the crew was careful to protect shrubs and other plantings adjacent to the main house and garage. Chesapeake sent out their siding crew to replace the damaged vinyl siding. All in all, the project was completed in a timely and professional manner. Of 4 estimates we received, Chesapeak's was the most reasonable."

"Highly recommend using company. They did a fantastic job replacing my roof and siding. The price charged was reasonable for both projects. Byron and all the employees were professional and courteous. Very responsive - a tree fell on my house and they came out on short notice to put up a tarp so no animals or rain could get into the house. They walked me through the process of replacing the siding and repairing the roof. The insulated siding has decreased my electric bill because my house is retaining heat. I will use the company in the future to put up my fence and replace my deck."

"Hired them for minor Siding fixes. They also agreed to check all the Siding and reinstall any popped pieces. Doing that they found sections where no Tyvek/insulation had ever been installed and water was getting in. They added insulation, replaced bad wood and replaced the Siding. Since it got dirty they power washed the house and deck. Can't say enough about the careful work they did and the clear communication."

"Mike was very responsive and helpful through the project. I had some siding damage due to a wind storm, Mike was able to come out that day and do a quick patch to prevent any further damage. Then a few weeks later, I hired them to do the whole siding project and it was wonderful. The crew was very friendly and finished the project quickly. I am very pleased with the work."

"Absolutely fantastic!  Home Matters Remodel is most exceptional.  They are a very professional and serious company (most definitely not cowboys! Yay!), caring and interested.  The contractor  took the time to explain issues that could arise, particularly with respect to replacing aluminum siding over asbestos, and worked out estimates to include worst case scenarios ? both of which none of the other companies that I have used over the past few years even came close to doing.  They even very kindly set up my rain barrel for me ? a last minute request; it has already been put to the test and is working very well indeed.
IAfter they were gone, I couldn't a single thing left behind, except for the excellent work they did.

After not having any luck getting other contractors to do the work I needed done, I became aware of Presidential Exteriors when they completed a siding project at a neighbor’s home. After looking at their reviews online and checking out their website, I contacted them online for a consultation. I was pleasantly surprised to hear from them within 24 hours, and to have a remodeling consultant (Kirill) at my home within a couple of days. Everyone was great to work with, listening to my wants/needs, and helping me with advice on a unique roof drainage issue. The team was also patient with me as I changed my mind a few times. Once the work started, I was even more impressed with them. All of the crews were great to deal with—very polite, courteous, and professional. They kept the workplace clean and kept me informed throughout the project. I try to stay actively involved, and everyone was more than willing to answer my questions and make sure I was happy. The project manager (Ryan) was great to work with and put up with my many questions, as were the people I dealt with at the main office (Tom and Chris). In the end, I was extremely happy with the work done by the crews. I had four doors and three windows replaced (thanks Matt, Eric, Jose, Mike T, Mike, Adam); and siding/trim replaced by Mr. Lee (a true artist in his trade) and Roberto; and various other construction repairs/drywall & painting by Juan and Jorge. I thank each of them and hope that I did not forget anyone. Also, a thank you to Jennifer at the main office who kept things going on the back end. I highly recommend Presidential Exteriors to others—they are a top notch company that genuinely cares about their customers, and have very much deserved the strong ratings they have earned on this site and others. "After having a little problem with the contract, Heather managed to get the problems straightened out. Correct dates and materials were corrected.The crew showed up on time but then had to go get additional materials to start the job.. No project manager was on sight until latter in the afternoon..The five crew members started the job . I made a few suggestions on how I wanted the job to be done and they were very agreeable..The crew was very precise in their work..The job was to put vinyl siding on chimney to match existing siding on the house…This group of five workers did a WONDERFUL JOB…I couldn’t be happier with the work that they provided…The cleanup afterwards was like they were never there…PERFECT ….Andy the project manager did show up and was helpful,,but really didn’t stay very long…Thank you …to Heather for all she did to make this jod less stressful..Very,,Very… Pleased with the outcome of this job….And yes….i would recommend this company and this CREW for any siding job."
