The weather did not cooperate on starting the job, but as soon as weather permitted work began and it only took two days. The old fence and posts were removed and new posts installed on day one and new four-foot link was installed with re enforcement along the bottom keeping the escape artist dog safely confined. The results are great. All trash and scraps were removed. Not only does the property look good the quality of the materials and work is excellent. The crew and Mr. Gonzalez were professional and respectful and the owner was on premises each day for the duration of the job. This company does construction from a new build to small jobs. I know when I need anything else done, I will call them first. <br />"

I TYPICALLY TRY TO MAKE THE JOBS AS EASY AND CONVIENIENT AS POSSIBLE FOR HIM. I HAD FELT THAT ON PAST JOBS THE WORK WAS DECENT AND PRICING WAS WITHIN RANGE, BUT ON THIS JOB I FELT COST OF LABOR UNREASONABLY HIGH. SINCE I HAVE WORKED WITH RICK OVER A PERIOD OF TIME I DIDN'T BOTHER TO GET AN ESTIMATE FOR WORK, AND WANTED TO GIVE HIM THE BUSINESS. I THOUGHT WE HAD ESTABLISHED A RELATIONSHIP OF "TRUST AND RESPECT", WHERE AS HE KNEW HE WOULD GET PAID IN A TIMELY MANOR AND I WOULD GET QUALTY WORK AT FAIR PRICES. HOWEVER, WHEN HE BILLED ME 11.5 HRS WORK AT $603.60 WHICH EQUALS $52.49 HR!!!! THAT IS A STICKER SHOCK. I WOULD EXPECT $30-$35 HR AS FAIR BUT $52 IS A SCREWING AND I FELT RFD CONSTRUCT TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MY TRUST.  SO MY ISSUES IS NOT SO MUCH THE TIME INVOLVED BUT THE COST OF  LABOR.</li> </ul> <br />"

"First, my phone call with Dave was very helpful as he instructed me how to close the garage door even though the opener was not working. Second, Matthow, the person who completed the work was outstanding. He arrived prior to the scheduled appointment and did everything he could to repair the existing opening system. As it was the computer component that failed, he was not able to complete the repair. Thus, he installed a new system. He was courteous, respectful, and explained what he as doing prior to doing it. I highly recommend this company and will hire them should I need them again in the future."

"Old Fort Roofing was fantastic from start to finish. Time and care was taken to ensure we understood what would be happening and why and how. When it came time to remove the old roof and install the new, the old roof and gutters were removed and the new roof installed in one day. The gutters were replaced with new within a week. There was one instance where the siding was damaged, but that was easily replaced and looks fantastic. Scott realized that the color we had originally chosen for the roof was not what was installed. Scott surprised us with confirmation that the wrong color roof had been installed. He was incredibly apologetic and offered a couple of solutions. We were happy to keep the roof as it was installed and Scott gave us a discount due to the mistake. Overall, Old Fort Roofing ensured our interaction with them and our roof replacement was as effortless as possible. They are an amazing company with wonderful customer service! And our roof and gutters look fantastic!"
