"Everything was very smooth and professional from the first meeting with Brandon Smith, the sales manager, to the installation by BJ. I priced four different companies whose windows seemed comparable in workmanship and quality and found Brandon to be very knowledgeable about his product, professional in his manner, competitive in pricing, and made sure each window was measured accurately. There was never any pressure on me to buy from him either, which I greatly appreciated. A neighbor and I both ordered from Brandon at the same, and we both were on a short time frame since we both had trips planned around the same time. Phil and Dalton, the schedulers in the office, worked very hard to make sure everything could be finished before our trips. BJ, the installer, came in on his day off in order to help us out since we were on such a short time frame. He was very quick, efficient and professional as well. He made sure I understood all of the features of the windows and how to work them before he left. He was so clean and efficient with his work that I could not even tell he had even been there, except for my beautiful new windows sparkling in my rooms. It has only been a week and a half since the installation, but at this time I am extremely pleased with this company. <br />"

"Recently we accidently broke a window in our home, dropping a lower sash while cleaning it. The company that had originally installed our windows and doors, Carrollwood Window and Door, was totally unwilling to help in any fashion. Fortunately, through our own efforts, we found Stephanie Warren at Glass Doctors. She provided professional and helpful direction and, after several phone calls answering numerous questions, rapidly provided a repair estimate and time schedule. Robert came to measure for replacement glass and Aaron came to install such. They were all professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. They did what they said they would do in the time they said it would be done for what were were told it would cost, all with an interest in making sure we were informed and happy. We can't say enough. Quality work. Reasonable cost. Timely response. Great customer service attitudes by all."

"We would not recommend - the best priced quote is not always the best: <br /> Even though the company says they will cover the Beaufort area, we got the feeling that they preferred not to install windows here  If our property was in the Savannah area, we may have had a different experience. <br /> It was tough getting the office to return our phone calls.  Why so much advertising if your office personnel can?t handle it?? Decrease the advertising budget a bit and hire an additional assistant. <br /> The salesperson is a bit negative, but he does appear to know his stuff.  In April, after getting several other quotes, we choose this company because the price was right and they seemed to understand what we wanted and needed compared to the other quotes. <br /> We scheduled installation for September, and were told to follow-up in late July to ensure our window order goes in (thinking back, red flag - why wouldn?t they have just called me in July?) <br /> Contacted them in late July, and after a few weeks of back and forth run-around, we were told they couldn?t do our windows due to a lawsuit with Home Depot with our HOA.  Our HOA has no knowledge of a lawsuit with Home Depot and Window World never even contacted them.  I'm guessing this was just their story to back out from doing work in our area; we wish they would just not quote and schedule installations if they don't want to do work here.  <br /> This review is based on our experience with service only, and not the actual product. <br />"

"It went very well, everything is working great now."

"We were hit by hail in late April 2015.  The hail left substantial damage to the roof and vent covers.  Jody came by and noticed our damage from the road.  Having some experience with roofing I took a look myself and found dented vents and damaged shingles.  I had Jody provide us a quote and walk us through the insurance claim process.  He made it much easier than dealing with the insurance company or claims adjuster on our own.  The hail occurred on a Monday, our insurance company claims adjuster inspected on the following Friday.  Jody had our materials ordered and delivered by Monday.  The roof replacement was completed in 1 day, Wednesday.  The installers were very professional and removed all previous shingles and rotted plywood sheets before installing our new roof.  After it was completed they walked around our house with a magnetic broom to pickup all nails from the construction (which we have still not found any).  Overall the process was very professional and completed quickly.  I referred them to several of my neighbors as they have damage from the same hail storm. <br />"

"Better than expected. Phil was the only contractor that responded AND came to my house on the same day that I called all the other contractors. He provided me the potential problem for my heat pump issues on the phone that eventually was confirmed during his initial visit and then during disassembly of the old duct system. He was very helpful in providing me additional savings and existing tax credits for the Attic Breeze vent system installed including for the heat pump providing me with the forms. Swift service done on a short time from initial call to complete installation (less than 1 week and completed installation in 7 hours). Great job by the technicians on the installation and housekeeping after the job was completed. Ben A."
