They said their schedule was packed that day and the next, but they would fit me in where they could. They under-promised and over-delivered! They were able to take care of my car that same morning - it was finished within a couple of hours of me dropping it off! Turns out when I added oil to my car a couple of days before, I forgot to put the oil cap back on and the oil splashed all over the engine and the cap melted onto the engine (oops!). In addition to the great customer service and outstanding work, they are also great at explaining what the problem is with your car, but not making you feel dumb. As a woman, I appreciate that. They could've made me feel really silly for my mistake, but they didn't - they approached it like any other car problem. I have so many great stories about Elite - they are just fantastic. "It went well.  He called and went to Simmon's Supply to get an O-ring for the filter but that wasn't the problem.  The filter would have cost too much to replace so he suggested I just remove it which is what he did.  I had some copper pipe and he used my pipe to fill in the piece that was needed.  He also had to reattach a drain pipe that had become detached from the drain on my sink in the cellar.  All this took him approximately an hour.   He came when he said he would and I was pleased with the work he did. <br />"

"Louis was great. He did exactly what I was hoping and we haven't had any problems with drainage or leaking. He was quick and the end result looks great. The only thing I was a little annoyed with was that he left the old pipes behind. I thought that he would have taken those and thrown them away. "The servicemen arrived promptly at 12 noon with everything in their truck. They were courteous and waited patiently for me to let them into my kitchen as I was just coming out of the shower when they arrived. They gave me a courtesy call. The installed faucet to hot/cold, reattached pre-existing drain pipes to faucet, disposal, and dishwasher. It has been 24 hours and I've used the sink, dishwasher, and disposal successfully multiple times on my own with no leaks."
