" The entire process took about 3 hours.  The roof was sprayed with a cleaning solution then rinsed with a high volume of water (not power washing but a scubber type of device).  We were concerned about the cleaning solution dripping on our siding so  the edges of the roof were cleaned by hand.  All the windows and areas that were messy from the cleaning process were hosed off and cleaned after the roof was cleaned.  The roof looks new and the cleaning was well worth the price.  Mr. Martin couldn't have been nicer to work with and was prompt in returning calls and answering all our questions about the process. <br />"

"They were always on time. Some <br /> of the work could have been done better. On the deck an exterior outlet was <br /> mounted on the surface of the siding instead of in a recess designed for that <br /> purpose like the other exterior outlet was. The recesses didn?t <br /> quite fit the outlet covers either. Worker said that?s the only size they have <br /> and that the surface outlet cover is easier to get to. I was concerned that <br /> they would do a less than adequate job of installing it if I required it. <br /> We had some serious wind about a month after the original install and some of <br /> the siding moved and showed the foil sheathing underneath. It took two return trips <br /> to get it done correctly. The recall shouldn?t have happened if the siding was <br /> installed correctly. <br /> Also the roof leaked the following year and I called a local company, Hartman <br /> Roofing. Mr. Hartman came out and repaired the area himself. He said that the <br /> area that leaked was flashing and should have been repaired when the new roof <br /> was installed. I was not told or they didn?t notice about the flashing when the <br /> original roof install was done. <br /> Overall the work was adequate. BUT, they ONLY do the work on the work order and <br /> don?t see anything else! There also appears to be very little supervision as <br /> the siding wasn?t installed correctly originally.  <br />"

"The whole job went great. Terry was quick to reply upon initial contact, and was out shortly thereafter to provide an estimate--which was a great value in our opinion. Once work started, as projects go, there were a few things that came up along the way, which we were completely prepared for, as our house does not have an attic, and we assumed that there would be some things that were identified once the ceiling was breached. Terry and his crew handled everything they came across with professionalism and made sure we were walked through and shown everything that was recommended to correct. I would absolutely hire Mr. Fix It Home Services again, and plan to in the upcoming months for additional home updates/repairs. A pleasure to deal with, and quick completion of work.
