"Eddie Watkins with Repair Tech Plus is awesome ? I would hire him again in a heartbeat and encourage others to hire him for all of their electronics repair needs. He arrived on time and examined the problem. He didn?t have the part he needed to complete the repair with him, so he offered to take the power board home, repair it and bring it back to re-install the following evening. That?s what we agreed to, and that?s exactly what he did. Now the TV works great and we?re very grateful to him for his fair price and excellent service.

"I hired Tom through Angi and he did an excellent job. He was very much friendly and he did an excellent job from his side. I had a problem with the LG washer, he visited and figured out the problem, and replaced a few parts. He did everything at a very reasonable price and I would like to highly recommend him for replacing and repairing the appliances."

"It's a $75 service fee every time they send somebody out. It's cheap, you know it's insurance. They're excellent. I have no problems. I've been with them for years. They're fair. They give you a warranty on the repairs that are made. They're always responsive, I've never had any issues with their punctuality. The only problem I have with them is the wait time. The wait time to get to a human is sometimes extended to 20 or 30 minutes sometimes. They got prompts; you can do everything online, but sometimes you need to talk to a customer service representative about something. It takes so long, you'll get to them and once you get to them they're always responsive it just takes them a long time. I renew every year; it's a one-year renewable."

"Unfortunately, Mr. Holdridge suffered an accident on another job before he was able to give me a bid or estimate for the job he assessed for me. After the accident, he never got back to me after several attempts to contact him. I wanted to see if his workers could do one of the projects which required minimal design and materials so I could place my above ground pool for my son's 21st birthday party. I would then wait for the rest of the projects until he recovered. I was so excited to work with him due to his design ideas matching so close to what I had in mind. I was so disappointed not to hear anything back from him. I have since searched out another landscaper for my projects, but it is difficult due to the late timing of the season. I began the process with Mr. Holdridge in April. I would hope to use him in the future, just hope we can have better communication.
