"B&D submitted three different bids based on features/add-ins, etc. Very easy to work with. Professional and friendly. Responded promptly. When plumbing vent on the roof could not be installed in January, they returned in April to complete the project. Did not have to remind them! Very happy! Would not hesitate to call again!"

"Very efficient and so polite!! Let me know ahead of time the cost. Got right to work and finished project in a very timely manner. Wasn't scheduled for a couple of days but an opening came up and they were able to get ceiling fan installed before next heat wave. Will use their services again when needed!!!!!!!"

"Brian spent the extra time to make sure I understood when filters need to be changed, when the water heater needs to be flushed, and general maintenance on the a/c unit. He is very personable and easy to talk to."

"Very good. Got it done very quickly since ours took a crap and it wasn't getting cold out! Owner borrowed us space heaters for 2 nights while we had to wait for them to install on Monday."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"It went well. I could have had less work done and saved money but I wanted the kitchen drain system updated so it would drain properly. This should avoid future problems. I called the plumber and was not interested in differing estimates. Randy's was prompt and explained the need to update the drain system to avoid future problems and I agreed. If and when we update plumbing in other parts of the house I  would consider this company for the work."

"Called in a panic. Gladly paid to be put to the top of the service list. Sump pump broke and we were struggling to keep the water at bay to keep our basement from flooding. Mark arrived promptly installed a new pump and we are better than new.

"He arrived promptly and the job took less than an hour to complete.

Again a very pleasent experience. I have used Cady Handyman for more than 10 years. I have found both the old and the new owners to be responsive and anxious to assist with any help that I need. Thanks again Tom!"
